Lumi Player Pro respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights under GDPR.

1. Data collected

When purchasing a license

  • Email address (to send your activation code)
  • Payment information (handled by Stripe/PayPal — we never have access)
  • Country (for tax compliance)

In the app

  • Activation code (stored only on your device)
  • Your Xtream Codes credentials or M3U URL: stored ONLY on your device, never transmitted to our servers
  • App preferences (theme, language)
  • Anonymous usage data (crash reports) — can be disabled

2. What we do NOT collect

  • We collect NO information about the content you play
  • We collect NO viewing history
  • We store NO playlists on our servers
  • We share NO data with advertisers

3. Use of data

Your data is used only to:

  • Deliver your activation code
  • Provide technical support
  • Send you important app updates (you can unsubscribe)

4. Your rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify it
  • Delete it
  • Object to processing
  • Data portability

5. Cookies

Our site uses only essential cookies. No advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Security

All communications are encrypted with HTTPS. Payments are processed by Stripe/PayPal, PCI-DSS certified.

7. Data retention

We retain billing data for 10 years (French legal obligation). Other data is deleted on request or after 3 years of inactivity.
